ADRENALIN INTERNATIONAL POWERSPORTS CENTRE –

Formula Management Group P/L (FMG) was a major shareholder in the purchase of 200 acres in Boundary Deer Park in 2002.
A planning permit for the venue was obtained via a Full Panel Hearing at VCAT.
Due to a number of disputes between the board members of the Adrenalin Companies, the dispute ended up in the Federal Court.
The property was eventually sold to Australand Holdings Pty. Ltd.
It is now a fully developed industrial Area.

ROCKBANK RACEWAY

Rockbank Automotive Centre of Excellence (RACE) was to be developed on a 554 ha site in Rockbank. FMG was a major shareholder in BRD Group Pty Ltd who purchased this property in 2003. Due to Government restrictions on the development of a motorsports complex on the land, the property was eventually sold in 2012. A large Shopping Centre, Train Station and Residential Development is now being constructed on the property.

ROLLING THUNDER RACEWAY at Bacchus Marsh

FMG promoted speedway events at RTR commencing in 2005 thru to 2012.

SOLOMON BUSINESS PARK

In the future, Solomon Group will develop the 11 acres of land in New Gisborne.
